Our specialty fitness & nutrition programs are led by a certified fitness coach or registered dietician. Our fitness programs will provide you with the coaching, guidance, accountability and camaraderie you need to reach your goals and work your muscles in ways you’ve never done before. Our nutrition programs and cooking demos are run by Laura Hitt, R.D., and focus on honing your nutrition skills to sustain your health and progress.

Make 2019 the year you start hitting your fitness goals for good. In four weeks, we’ll help you fire up your aerobic conditioning and endurance through HIIT principles. Our five group workouts a week will put you through a combination of track, cycle, boxing and pool workouts to keep your body engaged and build consistency. Food logs, health education, body composition analysis, measurements and weekly weigh-ins will round out the program and help you stay on track.

Take your work out to the next level with this monthly High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) boxing series. Focusing on proper punching and kicking techniques, participants will build punch and kick combos using the heavy bag and target mitts. This series will build up cardiovascular endurance, core stability and mobility.

Yoga Nidra | Members $35 | Non-Members $40
Yoga Nidra, also known as yoga sleep, is a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping, just like the “going to sleep” stage. This is an ancient practice that promotes full body relaxation and a deep meditative state of consciousness. Participants will be guided into deep relaxation with inner awareness. Revitalize, restore and repattern your subconscious. We encourage you to bring a blanket and wear comfortable clothing (including socks).

Parents, do you have a young chef in your family? Be sure to bring your child to this free seminar to learn more about our upcoming Kid’s Cooking Series! A variety of healthy recipes with hands-on techniques will have participants learning real kitchen skills in a fun environment. Children 7 – 12 years old are welcome to participate.
De-Stressing with Meditation | Members $60 | Non- Members $75
In this day-long workshop we will examine stress and its effects on your body and mind. Using mindfulness- based strategies we will explore with ways to work towards reducing our experience of stress physically and emotionally. In preparation for the class, please bring a bag lunch, yoga mat, a journal or paper to write on, and wear loose-fitting clothing.

Follow Master Yeung into the world of Tai Chi. Learn how to turn an opponent’s force against them to defend yourself and the meaning of Yin & Yang. In this guided journey, participants will develop self defense skills while improving their mind, body and spirit.
Recipe for Success Beginners
Need a recipe for success? Try this four-week course taught by culinary arts-trained Registered Dietitian Laura O’Mary. Laura will not only help you plan a week of healthy eating, she’ll show you how tracking what you eat can keep you accountable and on target. Learn new recipes and expand your culinary skills during the interactive cooking segment. Gain the confidence you need to prepare healthy meals and snacks that will help you stay true to your nutritional needs and goals.
8 Weeks to a Mindful You
Even the busiest mind can benefit from the ancient and rewarding practice of meditation. In this eight- week course, led by Meditation Practitioner Tina Clay, participants will learn the basics of meditation and guidelines and tips to begin their practice.
