Specialty Programs

Our specialty fitness & nutrition programs are led by a certified fitness coach or registered dietician. Our fitness programs will provide you with the coaching, guidance, accountability and camaraderie you need to reach your goals and work your muscles in ways you've never done before. Our nutrition programs and cooking demos are run by Laura Hitt, R.D., and focus on honing your nutrition skills to sustain your health and progress.

Make 2019 the year you start hitting your fitness goals for good. In four weeks, we'll help you fire up your aerobic conditioning and endurance through HIIT principles. Our five group workouts a week will put you through a combination of track, cycle, boxing and pool workouts to keep your body engaged and build consistency. Food logs, health education, body composition analysis, measurements and weekly weigh-ins will round out the program and help you stay on track.

Help your young athlete run faster, jump higher, and get stronger. Our training will prepare your athlete for competition and the physical demands of their sport by working on agility, power, speed, endurance and stamina. Ages 12-16

Take your work out to the next level with this monthly High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) boxing series. Focusing on proper punching and kicking techniques, participants will build punch and kick combos using the heavy bag and target mitts. This series will build up cardiovascular endurance, core stability and mobility.

Re-4orm will address four key concepts to bouncing back from a workout: recovery, regeneration, rehydration and rehabilitation. Follow Master Yeung through this 10 week program into the world of Tai Chi. Learn how to turn an opponents force against them to defend yourself and the meaning of Yin & Yang. In this guided journey, participants will develop self defense skills while improving their mind, body and spirit.

Mind-body exercises work to increase flexibility and strength while reducing stress and pain. In two hours we'll show you gentle and vinyasa styles of yoga, breathwork, core and balance exercises; all to keep you active and strong. This mind and body experience will begin and end with a Bodywork massage by two massage therapists before a final guided meditation for total relaxation.
