UPDATE: We'll be having no-cost demos of our Queenax High Performance class 4/23 through 4/26. Hour long demos will be held at 11 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. on April 23 and 25, with demos at 10 a.m. on April 24 and 26.

Queenax Training

Queenax is a multi-purpose training system that uses functional movement based exercises to provide an individualized workout. Think of it like a really big jungle-gym for adults, where you're mimicking the same motions you would execute when carrying a load of laundry up the stairs or pulling weeds in the garden.

Our small group, trainer led sessions will provide you with the coaching and guidance you need to reach your goals and work your muscles in ways you've never done before.
