Guided Training Programs

Our small group programs led by a fitness coach will provide you with the coaching, guidance, accountability and camaraderie you need to reach your goals and work your muscles in ways you've never done before. Our programs are the best of both worlds - you get to train with other people who have the same interests as you, all under the guidance and expertise of a fitness coach who leads you through your workout. Help your young athlete run faster, jump higher, and get stronger. Our training will prepare your athlete for competition and the physical demands of their sport by working on agility, power, speed, endurance and stamina. Ages 12-16

Take your work out to the next level with this monthly High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) boxing series. Focusing on proper punching and kicking techniques, participants will build punch and kick combos using the heavy bag and target mitts. This series will build up cardiovascular endurance, core stability and mobility.

Workouts shouldn't leave you feeling stiff, sore or sluggish… if they do, it's time to take a look at your recovery. Re-4orm will address four key concepts to bouncing back from a workout: recovery, regeneration, rehydration and rehabilitation. You'll learn techniques to gain flexibility, recover faster and address muscular imbalances. Take care of your body and it'll take care of you!

Make 2018 the year you start hitting your fitness goals for good. In four weeks, we'll help you fire up your aerobic conditioning and endurance through HIIT principles. Our five group workouts a week will put you through a combination of track, cycle, boxing and pool workouts to keep your body engaged and build consistency. Food logs, health education, body composition analysis, measurements and weekly weigh-ins will round out the program and help you stay on track.
